I can’t get rid of the feeling that sometimes it seems I’m living in a real life zoo amongst all kinds of other animals. There are strong lions, slow turtles, funny penguins and crazy monkeys that do or don’t get along. All waiting in their cages to be fed, sleeping, playing or fighting to demarcate their small territory. Some of the animals are nice to each other, others aren’t and if you put two different sorts together there might be a chance that one gets injured or killed.

 

 

These thoughts actually popped up in my mind because Ilja and I took these pictures at the Zoo in Antwerp. And all of a sudden I started thinking about the epic Reynard the Fox poem, written in the 13th century, and that in fact this story full of personifications still is kinda accurate.

Anyways, this of course has nothing to do with the outfit… Sometimes I’m just not in the mood to write about the clothes I’m wearing 😉 So thanks to the location to provide me with inspiration!
