This actually is one of my favorite outfits, if’d have to imagine a classy version of myself it would be this one. Call it an upgrade of daily Ruth 🙂 Since most of you only see me via the world wide web (correct me if I’m wrong), you probably don’t know that in real life I hardly wear make-up (too much effort, except for concealer) and I’m just very laid back. My friend Marie-France always says “Fake it till you make it” and in a way she’s right. Not that I’m a totally different person online but let’s say my life looks slightly better than in reality.

So if you ever thought you’re the most boring person on the planet while everyone else is living the life, change those thoughts because everything looks better on the internet. If you would ever see me like this on the streets, it’s probably because I made an effort to leave my house and go to an event. Most of the evenings I’m just at home, lying on my couch under a blanket working or watching some series. Now you’re probably wondering “why the hell does this woman have a blog”? Well, I constantly feel the urge to express myself in a creative way. I enjoy sitting behind my computer and writing, coming up with new ideas… hoping to inspire myself and some of you guys. So in one way you can see it as “fake it till you make it” but luckily it’s more genuine than that.

Anyways… what I wanted to say was that nothing always looks what it seems and it’s important to be aware of that. Just pick up the information you need to be inspired and leave the rest for what it is.
