For quite some time Ilja and I wanted to test what the result would be of taking pictures inside in front of a screen instead of on the streets. Perfect outfit for our tryout was the bathing suit and tropical summer poncho from the H&M Studio line (in stores starting from today), which is the catwalk collection of my favorite Scandinavian chain store. I would wear this instantly if I’d be on a beach in a country far far away but March in Belgium can’t be called tropical so thank you blue screen and spotlights!

 

 

I could have actually chosen every single piece of the collection (Check out the lookbook movie here) but this combo was new to me (as in not oversized, colorful and with a print) so I accepted the challenge. Still thinking tho if I wouldn’t also go for that tropical pair of shorts, light blue turtleneck and burgundy hat 😉

Oh yes, one final thing… special thanks to the Backstreet Boys for the background music during this shoot, I couldn’t have done this without you guys!
